Award-winning comedian Sooz Kempner (Doom in Doctor Who’s Doom’s Day, The Now Show) has always felt a little like an imposter. Except in one area: singing! She could always rely on THAT. But when Sooz's voice suddenly stopped working the way it always had before, she had to face her imposter syndrome head-on and find out once and for alll.

Sooz started comedy in 2009, won Best Newcomer at the Musical Comedy Awards in 2010  and graduated from the Royal Academy of Music that same year. In 2012 she won the Variety Award at the Funny Women Awards. She made her Edinburgh debut in 2014 and performed her ELEVENTH (!!!) solo hour, Sooz Kempner is Ugly, a show about looks, trolling and Noel's House Party, at the 2025 fringe to jam-packed rooms.
