Mondays in November Ram Jam hosts their first Songwriting competition.

Any Genre. Book a slot for two original songs in our heats, see below for FAQ.

You must be available for the live final on Monday November 30th from 7pm.

The slots will be followed by an open jam and our famous DRINKS DEALS will be available all night.

Your performance will be recorded.

FAQ

How will I be judged?

The judges are looking for great songwriting plus live performance quality + originality. Art is subjective and although we have taken great care in choosing industry judges, Ram Jam’s competition should never be taken too seriously, we want to highlight great work and have fun.

The judges will not be part of the Ram Jam team. Heats will be judged in-person, a new set of judges will be present in-person at the final.

How many people get in per heat?

There will be 1 winner per heat who will go through to the final.

What if I can’t make these dates/ times?

We will be hosting another competition next year, Ram Jam has a very busy winter schedule. There is the possibility to have a later slot on these evenings. These will be added once the original slots fill up.

7:30pm-10pm Slots

10pm- 11pm- Open Jam (all welcome).
